They govern the contractual relationship between you ("you", "Customer") and ESE Bedding ("we", "us", "our"). 2. Ordering and Payment

  • When you submit an order, you agree to pay the price indicated at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

  • We will not dispatch any Products until we have received full cleared payment for the order (In case of online payment through the website).

  • All payments are processed using secure gateways; we do not store your full payment-card details.

3. Product Information

  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, images, and specifications of our Products are accurate. However, we do not warrant that the content is error-free, complete, or current.

  • Colours and textures displayed on your screen may vary depending on your monitor settings and lighting conditions. Minor variations are not considered defects.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Title

  • Shipping times and applicable fees are as stated on our website at the time of purchase. These are estimates and may change due to circumstances beyond our control (for example, customs, natural events, or carrier delays).

  • Title to (and risk of loss of) the Products passes to you when the carrier accepts the goods for shipment.

  • We shall not be liable for any delays, loss, or damage caused during transit. You should report any shipping damage or missing items to the carrier and us promptly.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • If you receive a Product that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Returned Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase or photographs as required.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned Product, we will notify you whether your refund or exchange request has been approved.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, you (the Customer) are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the Product is found to be used, damaged through your fault, or missing items.

6. Limited Warranty & Disclaimer

  • We warrant that the Products will substantially conform to their description at the time of sale. This is your exclusive warranty and applies only for the duration and in the manner described herein.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties (whether implied or statutory) are excluded.

  • We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as the suitability of a Product for a particular purpose.
